ACM Air Classifier Superfine Grinder

Air classifier Mill (ACM) is an air classifying mill with integrated grinding, classifying, conveying, and collecting operations for achieving ultra-fine grinding depending upon the nature of the products.
It is a multi-functional grinder, and is also widely known as superfine powder grinder, ultrafine powder making machine, and powder grinding machine, which is extensively used in chemical, food and pesticide industries for pulverizing dry brittle materials.
It is a screen-less mill, the final powder adjusted by the classifying wheel speed to get different fineness , and the over-sized powder will continued to grinding and classifly to achieve qualitied powder.

Working Method

The material enters the grinding chamber via the funnel and spiral conveyor where it is sheared and broken by the fast-rotating blades. The power passes the guide ring and enters the classification chamber. As the classification wheel is in revolution, both the air force and centrifugal force act on the powder. As the particles whose diameters are greater than the critical diameter (diameter of the classification particles) have a great mass, they are thrown back into the grinding chamber to be ground again, while the particles whose diameters are smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and bag-type collector via the material exit pipe be means of negative pressure wind conveyance. The discharge material meets the requirement for the product.

Main Features

This machine has a wide range of applications, continuous production process, adjustable discharge particle size (80-500 mesh). Compact design, reasonable structure, with air selection, no screen.

The machine is equipped with a grading structure, which can make crushing and grading complete at one time.

Grinding Part:

Include feed hopper, feeding motor, grading motor, grinding motor and grinding chamber.

The feeding speed can be control be inverter.

You can get different size of powder by adjusting grading speed. The faster the speed, the finer the fineness. The lower the speed, the coarser the fineness.

Fineness from 100-800mesh. No screen in the grinding chamber.

Water cooling jacket for grinding chamber:

The crusher chamber is equipped with a water-cooled jacket as standard. You can prepare your own cold water connection. Or we can also customize water tanks and pumps(Purchase separately)

Cyclone Discharge Part:

Help to Separate dust from powder.Due to the action of the fan, the interior of the cyclone is in a vacuum state. The powder will be continuously discharged through the discharge motor. Some too fine powder will enter the dust collector box. Avoid dust entering the room. Meet GMP standards.

Pulse Dust Collector Box

The dust removal box can collect dust. It contains a needle punched anti-static cloth bag. When the dust enters the dust removal box, it adsorbs on the surface without any surface. Then the pulse air hammer will automatically hit the bag and cause it to fall off. You can open the valve at the bottom of the box every day to clean it.
