Features
With its rectangular body fixed to a square base and it sdarive in its body,the machine is clean and meat,pleasing to the eye.
Covers are provided for the top and the rear of the body,so it is easy to repair and maintenance.
Worm gear is adopte to reduce the speed,so the driving gear rack and gear donot made much noise,while working,but get a good lubrication.
The“V”shape stainless steel charging funnel is positioned on the top of the body,while the pentagonal hobbing cutter lies under the funnel,the cutter can drawn out,after removing the front cover of the funnel,so it is easy to clean the funnel as well as the cutter.
Main Components
Hopper
The hopper is responsible for holding and feeding the raw material into the granulator.
Rotor Assembly
The rotor assembly is the heart of the granulator. It consists of a series of blades attached to a shaft, responsible for breaking down the material into granules.Mechanical structure including reducer and motor.
Screen
