Universal Grinding Machine

The Universal grinding machine utilizes the relative movement between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush the material through the impact, friction, shearing of the toothed disc, and the impact of the materials on each other. The fineness of material crushing can be adjusted through the pore size of the screen. The whole powder grinder machine is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel. Features

Cutter head high-speed rotation shear grinding. There is a screen outside the cutter head for filtration. After crushing, the powder passes through the screen and enters the discharge port.

Stainless steel screen: Change the mesh size ,then change the powder size.The screen in the machine is available with the following apertures: 0.4, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 mm. Pin mill for spicy, rice, seed, nuts crushing to 20-120 mesh.

Working Principle

The Universal grinding machine uses high-speed relative motion of the active tooth plate and the fixed tooth plate to impact and crush the raw material. The different size of granules can be acquired by changing different screen. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standard and is made of stainless steel.
