Q: What information should be provided in order to get a proposal or quotation?

A: Each air classifying mill pulverizer is specially designed for each customer according to specific material, capacity, feed material size and product size. Before we can work out a detailed proposal or quotation, we have to know the following information:
1) Detailed information of material are you going to mill. We may ask you to provide simples for grinding test.
2) Size of your material
3) Your required particle size after grinding
4) Grinding capacity in kg/h

Q: How the machine will be delivered ?

A: The system is usually dismantled into grinding chamber, cyclone, bag house, draft fan and control cabinet for shipping. Each part is packed in box made by plywood.

Grinding Part:

Include feed hopper, feeding motor, grading motor, grinding motor and grinding chamber.

The feeding speed can be control be inverter.

You can get different size of powder by adjusting grading speed. The faster the speed, the finer the fineness. The lower the speed, the coarser the fineness.

Fineness from 100-800mesh. No screen in the grinding chamber.

Water cooling jacket for grinding chamber:

The crusher chamber is equipped with a water-cooled jacket as standard. You can prepare your own cold water connection. Or we can also customize water tanks and pumps(Purchase separately)

Cyclone Discharge Part

Help to Separate dust from powder.Due to the action of the fan, the interior of the cyclone is in a vacuum state. The powder will be continuously discharged through the discharge motor. Some too fine powder will enter the dust collector box. Avoid dust entering the room. Meet GMP standards.

Pulse Dust Collector Box:

The dust removal box can collect dust. It contains a needle punched anti-static cloth bag. When the dust enters the dust removal box, it adsorbs on the surface without any surface. Then the pulse air hammer will automatically hit the bag and cause it to fall off. You can open the valve at the bottom of the box every day to clean it.
