HOW TO USE V MIXER MACHINE
Feeding
Open the feeding port of the V-shaped container and slowly pour the materials into the container. Note that the loading capacity should not exceed 60% - 70% of the container's volume. Otherwise, it may affect the mixing effect or cause an excessive load on the equipment.
Set Mixing Parameters -
1. **Rotation Speed**: Adjust the rotation speed according to the characteristics of the materials (usually 10 - 30 revolutions per minute). An excessively high rotation speed may cause material stratification or heating, while an excessively low speed will affect the mixing efficiency. -
2. **Mixing Time**: Determine the optimal mixing time through trial runs (generally 5 - 30 minutes).
Start the Equipment
Connect the power supply and press the start button to make the equipment start running.
Discharging
After the mixing is completed, turn off the equipment's power supply. Wait until the container stops rotating completely, then open the discharging port and discharge the materials into the receiving container or conveying equipment.
