Overview
Continuous drying on a mesh belt
The DW mesh belt dryer is through-flow continuous drying equipment. It dries flakes, strips and granular material with good permeability, and suits dehydrated vegetables, Chinese medicine tablets and other material with high water content and high temperature.
It dries quickly, has high evaporation intensity and gives good product quality. It can also dry filter cake paste that has been pelletized or made into sticks.
Feed
A feeder spreads the material evenly on the mesh belt.
Dry
Hot air passes through the material on the belt, from the bottom up or from the top down, and carries the moisture away.
Collect
The belt moves slowly and the dried product falls into the collector.

Features
Even drying, adjustable air and belt speed
Air volume, temperature and belt speed are adjustable.
Adjustable
Air volume, heating temperature, material residence time and feeding speed can be adjusted for a better drying effect.
Flexible set-up
The equipment configuration is flexible. A mesh belt flushing system and a material cooling system can be fitted.
Recycled air
Most of the air is recycled, which saves energy.
Even hot air
An air distribution device spreads the hot air evenly across the belt.
Heat source
Steam, thermal oil, electricity, or a coal or oil hot air furnace.
Units to suit
Each unit has its own hot air circulation. The number of units, and the upper and lower circulation units, are chosen as needed.

Specifications
Choose by belt width and length
On all models the material thickness is 10 to 80 mm, the operating temperature is 50 to 140 ℃ and the vapor pressure is 0.2 to 0.8 MPa. The mesh belt is usually 12 to 60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh.
