Overview
Automatic auger filling for bottles
The MJ-2B automatic powder filling machine fills powdery and granular materials into bottles, including milk powder, feed powder, rice flour, coffee powder, monosodium glutamate, solid beverages, glucose and solid medicines.
A practical mechanical design makes it easy to change size-related parts and simplifies cleaning. It has a vacuum cleaner to collect airborne powder.
Feed
Powder or granules go into the hopper. An agitator keeps them feeding into the auger.

A servo-driven auger doses the material, with weight feedback.

What is the working principle of a bottle filling machine?
In the MJ-2B, powder goes into the 50 L hopper and an agitator keeps it feeding into the auger. A servo-driven auger doses it with weight feedback and the filled weight goes into the bottle.
Which machine is better, automatic or semi-automatic?
It depends on the package. The MJ-2B is the automatic one in our range, for bottles with target weights from 50 g to 5 kg, at 6 to 12 bags per minute. The semi-automatic models fill bags, buckets and containers.
