Overview
More output, less dust
The WMF pulse suction grinder has a crushing chamber, suction device, discharge device, pulse dust collector, induced fan and electrical cabinet. The crushed material is discharged at room temperature, which keeps the material cells intact.
Output is 2 to 3 times that of a universal crusher of the same type.
Crush
Blades in the crushing chamber throw the material at the gear ring. Impact, shear and friction crush it.
Discharge
Positive pressure airflow from the blades carries fine powder across the screen into the cyclone collector.
Collect
Ultrafine dust is absorbed by the pulse dust collector, and the powder in the bags is recovered.

How does a pulse jet bag filter work?
On the WMF grinder an induced fan draws ultrafine dust into the pulse dust collector, and the powder caught in the collector bags is recovered. The system keeps waste discharge within environmental requirements and reduces material loss.
Is air pulse the same as suction?
No. On the WMF grinder, suction moves the crushed powder out of the chamber to the cyclone collector, while the pulse dust collector filters the ultrafine dust. The powder in the collector bags is recovered.
