Overview
Mixing that suits your batch
Migreat builds nine types of powder mixer and blender. V shape and 3D mixers blend free flowing powders gently, ribbon mixers suit larger batches and mixed densities, and plough and tank mixers handle damp, sticky or lumpy material. Each machine is sized to your batch and can join grinding, drying and packing machines in one line.

Questions
Before you order
-
A powder mixer blends powders evenly in batches. Migreat builds nine mixer and hopper types, including the V, double cone, 3D, 2D, ribbon, double screw conical, trough, plough and hopper mixers.
-
Pick by material and batch size. Ribbon mixers suit powders and granules in large batches, V and double cone mixers suit free flowing powders, and the 3D mixer suits powders of different density. Trough mixers handle sticky and damp material.
-
It depends on the powder. For free flowing and fragile powders use the V or double cone mixer. For dry blends that need a very even mix use the 3D mixer. For fiber and damp, lumpy material use the plough mixer.
-
Match the mixer to the material and batch size. Dry free flowing powders tumble gently in a V or double cone mixer, and powders that need thorough blending suit the double screw conical mixer. A plough mixer can add liquid through atomizing nozzles.
