Overview
Straight line vibration, several grades
The ZQ linear sieve has its vibration motors mounted at the bottom. Two motors turn in opposite directions, so the screen box vibrates along a straight line.
The material passes over multiple layers of mesh and is separated into different particle sizes.

What are vibrating screens used for?
The ZQ linear sieve grades powder and granules into different sizes. It handles particle sizes from 0.074 to 60 mm, and up to four decks of mesh give several grades in one pass.
How does a vibrating screen work?
Two vibration motors, mounted at the bottom, turn in opposite directions at 960 rpm. The screen box vibrates in a straight line with amplitude of 4 to 8 mm, and the material passes over the layers of mesh and separates into sizes.
What is linear and non-linear vibration?
In the ZQ linear sieve, two counter-rotating motors drive the screen box in a straight line. Our ZS vibrating sifter is the other kind. Its upright motor with eccentric weights moves the screen in three dimensions.
What are the different types of vibrating screens?
We build two. The ZQ linear sieve vibrates in a straight line over up to four decks, and the ZS vibrating sifter is round and fully enclosed with bouncing ball cleaning, with one to five decks by model.
