Overview
Orbiting screws in a conical tank
The SHJ double screw conical mixer has spiral cone screws that both revolve around the tank and rotate on their own axis. Material is lifted from the bottom, thrown out and mixed in every direction.
Homogeneity can reach 98 percent. An optional spray nozzle adds liquid during mixing.
Lift
The screws lift material from the bottom of the cone.
Mix
Revolving and rotating screws spread material in all directions.
Discharge
The valve at the bottom of the cone discharges the batch.
