Overview
Fine powder, no screen
The WFJ air classifier mill grinds material to 80 to 800 mesh without a screen. A grading wheel sets the fineness, so oily, sugary and fibrous material does not clog the machine.
It suits roots, stems and leaves, which a regular grinder only reduces to about 60 mesh.
The mill has three parts, the main machine, the auxiliary machine and the electric control box.
Feed
A screw conveyor moves material into the grinding chamber.
Grind and classify
Fast turning blades cut the material. Air force and centrifugal force act on the powder at the grading wheel, and only fine powder passes.
Collect
Fine powder leaves through the cyclone. Dust goes to the pulse dust collector. Coarse powder stays in the chamber for another pass.

Features
Built for clean, even powder
The mill grinds, classifies and collects in one continuous run.
No screen to clog
Fineness is set by the grading motor speed. The faster it turns, the finer the powder.
Dust stays in the box
Dust is collected in the dust collection box. The design meets GMP production standards.
Cooled grinding chamber
A water cooled jacket surrounds the grinding chamber and bearings. An air cooler can be added instead.
Easy to install
On delivery you connect 4 pipes and 5 motor power lines, then run it.
Adjustable feeding
An inverter controls the feeding speed.

How does an air classifier mill work?
Fast turning blades cut the material, and air force and centrifugal force act on the powder at the grading wheel. Only fine powder passes. It leaves through the cyclone, dust goes to the pulse dust collector, and coarse powder stays in the chamber for another pass.
What do you mean by air classification?
Air classification sorts powder by size with an air stream and a grading wheel. In the WFJ mill the grading motor speed sets the fineness, from 80 to 800 mesh, so no screen is needed and oily, sugary and fibrous material does not clog the machine.
How does an air jet mill work?
The WFJ is an air classifier mill, not a jet mill. It cuts material with fast turning blades and classifies the powder with air and a grading wheel, so it grinds to 80 to 800 mesh without a screen.
