Overview
One trough, an even blend
The ribbon mixer is built for high homogeneity with little damage to fragile material. A motor and reducer turn the main shaft, and the spiral ribbons inside the trough move material in two directions until the batch is even.
Main parts are the motor, reducer, cover, trough, feed port, main shaft, ribbons, shaft seal and discharge valve.
Load
Material enters through the feed port into the U shaped trough.
Mix
Ribbons on the main shaft move material in two directions.
Discharge
A manual or pneumatic butterfly valve releases the batch.

What is a ribbon blender used for?
The WLDH ribbon mixer mixes powder with powder, powder with liquid, and paste or thick material. It is used for milk powder, coffee powder, protein powder, spice and seasoning, supplement powder, putty powder, gypsum, pigment and dyes.
How does a ribbon blender work?
A motor and reducer turn the main shaft. Material enters the U shaped trough through the feed port, and the spiral ribbons on the shaft move it in two directions until the batch is even. A manual or pneumatic butterfly valve then releases the batch.
What is the purpose of a ribbon blender?
