Overview
Fine powder, cleanly sieved
The vibrating sifter separates fine powder by size with high precision. A bouncing ball under the screen cloth keeps the mesh from clogging.
A special cleaning device, a bouncing ball, jumps up and down while the screen cloth shakes, which effectively avoids clogging. The sealed, fully closed design keeps powder out of the environment, and installation is safe and convenient.
Vibrate
An upright motor with eccentric weights at both ends makes the screen move in three dimensions.
Sieve
The vibration moves the material over the screen surface and separates it by size.
Adjust
Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower weights changes the path of the material on the screen.
