Overview
Sieving that suits your product
Migreat builds two sieving machines. The ZS round vibrating sifter is fully enclosed and suits fine powder, and the ZQ linear sieve grades powder and granules into several sizes. Choose by mesh and the number of grades you need. Both can join grinding, mixing and packing machines in one line.

Questions
Before you order
-
A sieving machine grades powder by particle size. Migreat builds two, the ZS round vibrating sifter for fine powder and the ZQ linear sieve, which grades powder and granules into several sizes.
-
They separate powder and granules into size grades. They also join grinding, mixing, conveying and packing machines in one line, so the product reaches the next step at the size you need.
-
We build two. The ZS vibrating sifter is round and fully enclosed, and a bouncing ball keeps its mesh from clogging. The ZQ linear sieve shakes the box in a straight line over up to four decks of mesh.
-
It is a sieve that shakes to move material across the mesh. In the ZS an upright motor vibrates the screen, and in the ZQ two motors turning in opposite directions shake the box in a straight line.
