Overview
Mix and granulate in one cylinder
The GHL wet mixing granulator is a horizontal cylinder machine for pharmaceutical, food and chemical powder. A mixing paddle and a cutter work together to make granules after the binder is added.
Compared with a traditional process it uses about 25 percent less binder and works 4 to 5 times faster.
Dry mix
Powder is mixed for about 2 minutes.
Add binder
Binder is added while the paddle and cutter turn.
Granulate
Granules form in 1 to 4 minutes and are discharged.

What is a rapid mixer granulator?
It is a machine that mixes dry powder, takes the binder and forms granules in one cylinder. The GHL is a horizontal high shear version of it for pharmaceutical, food and chemical powder.
What is the principle of RMG?
A mixing paddle and a cutter work together in a horizontal cylinder. Powder is dry mixed for about 2 minutes, binder is added while the paddle and cutter turn, and granules form in 1 to 4 minutes before discharge.
What is the purpose of a granulator machine?
A granulator makes granules from powder. The GHL does this for pharmaceutical, food and chemical powder, and the granules come out at 20 to 80 mesh. Compared with a traditional process it uses about 25 percent less binder and works 4 to 5 times faster.
What is the speed of the impeller in a rapid mixer granulator?
