Overview
Dry it under vacuum, without moving it
The FZG square vacuum dryer is a static vacuum dryer. Under vacuum, the boiling point of the solvent falls, so unstable or heat sensitive material can be dried.
Its tight seal also suits material that needs solvent recovery, or material with poisonous gas.
Load
Trays go on heated shelves inside the chamber.
Vacuum
A vacuum pump removes air and moisture, which speeds up drying.
Dry
Heat reaches the trays through the shelves, and the solvent evaporates at low temperature.

What are the key differences between a tray dryer and a vacuum tray dryer?
The CT-C hot air tray dryer circulates heated air over trays in the chamber. The FZG vacuum tray dryer is static. Trays sit on heated shelves, a vacuum pump removes air and moisture, and the solvent evaporates at low temperature without changing the shape of the material.
