Swing Granulator
An oscillating granulator, often called a multi mill in the pharmaceutical trade. A swinging rotor presses wet material through a screen to form granules, or crushes dried lumps.

Overview
Press through a screen, get granules
The YK swing granulator forms granules from wet material, or crushes dried lumps into particles. A rotor with a pentagon hob turns back and forth and presses material through a screen.
The screen is held by a clamp, and a hand wheel sets the tension. You can pick the sieve size to suit your granule.
Feed
Wet material or dried lumps enter the hopper.
Press
The swinging rotor forces them through the screen.
Collect
Granules fall from below. Change the screen for another size.
