Overview
Auger filling for small bags
The MJ-1B3 semi-automatic powder filling machine is designed in accordance with GMP requirements. It fills powder and granular materials such as milk powder, feed powder, rice flour, coffee powder, icing sugar, monosodium glutamate, solid beverages, dextrose and solid medicines.
It has dust collection, an adjustable-height working table and recipe storage so it is easy to operate and fills to a steady weight.
Feed
Powder or granules go into the hopper. An agitator keeps them feeding into the auger.
Fill
A servo-driven auger doses the material, with weight feedback.
Pack
The filled weight goes into the bag, bottle or container.
