Overview
Large pieces to small particles
The PSJ coarse crusher is for rough processing. It crushes large pieces of material into small particles of 2 to 20 mm, for example spices, Himalayan salt and herbs.
The machine has a horizontal crushing structure.
Feed
Material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper.
Crush
The rotary knife and the fixed knife crush it by impact and shearing.
Discharge
Centrifugal force moves the crushed material to the outlet through the screen.

What is the working principle of a crusher?
In the PSJ coarse crusher, material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper. The rotary knife and the fixed knife crush it by impact and shearing, and centrifugal force moves the crushed material to the outlet through the screen.
