Overview
Mix and dry in one rotating tank
The SZG low temperature double cone mixing dryer combines home and overseas technology. It has a belt and chain two-stage elastic drive and a low center of gravity, so it runs smoothly.
The heating medium and vacuum system use a mechanical seal or rotating joint, which avoids the leaks common with ordinary packing seals.
Load
Charge the double cone tank. Loading volume is about half of the tank volume.
Heat and turn
The tank rotates at 3 to 13 r/min while the jacket heats the material indirectly under vacuum.
Recover
The process can recover solvent. Discharge when dry.

What is a rotary vacuum dryer?
