Overview
A spice mill for oil and fiber
The MMJ hammer mill has four parts, the main engine, auxiliary engine, dust collector and electric cabinet. It crushes spices with 10 to 20 percent oil, oily material and fibrous material.
It is mainly used for cumin, caraway seed, pepper, cardamom, dried apple and similar material.
Crush
The fixed disc and the moving hammer work against each other, and the material is crushed by impact in the machine cavity.
Collect
Centrifugal force sends the crushed material into the collecting bag.
Filter
The cloth bag filters dust, and the vacuum box recovers it.

What is the best machine for grinding spices?
It depends on the spice. The MMJ hammer mill system is made for spices with 10 to 20 percent oil, oily material and fibrous material. Its hammer blades cut fiber so fibers do not block the screen, and the spices keep their color and odor. For other spices, tell us the material and we suggest a model.
What is the best appliance to grind spices?
At factory scale, the MMJ is fully enclosed with a dust collector, so there is no flying dust, and production can run continuously. Fineness follows the screen, from 20 to 100 mesh, and the plug-in screen lasts longer than a ring screen. There are four models from 50 to 500 kg/h.
